NON - EMERGENCIES
For serious emergencies, call 9-1-1 or go to the emergency department.
Emergencies include: chest pain, heavy bleeding, stroke symptoms, seizures, any major injuries.
Call 8-1-1 for non-emergencies.
Health link can answer medical questions, connect you to resources, or refer you to the after hours clinic for same-day or next-day appointments with a doctor.

For nonlife-threatening conditions that need same-day attention, consider an urgent care centre.
